1. The contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing. What appears on this site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.

2. The service

The service delivers television over the internet. Broadcasting rights remain with their respective owners. Ask for the contracting business and licensor details before placing an order.

3. Devices

Basic permits up to two simultaneously connected devices and Premium 4K up to five. Login details stay with the account holder.

4. Prices and payment

The payment route and final total are confirmed in writing before payment.

5. Term and cancellation

The contract ends when the chosen term ends. There is no automatic renewal. See cancelling.

6. Availability

No particular availability percentage is promised. Support is available through the contact details shown on this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
